Cold email that runs itself.
Kata Send is a cold email engine run by an AI agent. You bring leads and say what you sell. Kata checks the addresses, writes the emails, tests several versions, sends them in each lead's working hours, and keeps the versions that bring replies, clicks and sales.
What Kata does
- 01
Checks every address.
A free check when leads come in, and a full mailbox check right before the first email. Bad addresses never get an email.
- 02
Writes the emails.
From your company memory (
company.md) and the campaign brief (brief.md). - 03
Tests angles.
Each step of a sequence has a few versions, called angles. Kata sends more of the ones that work and retires the losers.
- 04
Sends safely.
From your own mailboxes, under a daily cap per mailbox, in each lead's local hours. A mailbox pauses itself when its bounces rise.
- 05
Reads the results.
Replies are sorted: interested, not interested, unsubscribe, out of office. Clicks and conversions come back too. Interested people land in your leads to call.
How the pieces fit
A lead list feeds one or more campaigns. A campaign is a sequence: a first email, then follow-ups. Each step has its angles.
Every minute, Kata sends what is due: emails of active campaigns, from active mailboxes, inside each lead's sending hours. Results flow back. Every hour, it retires the losing angles and writes new ones from the best.
Three ways to drive it
| Way | What it is |
|---|---|
| The app | Pages for each topic, plus the Canvas, a map of your campaigns. |
| The built-in agent | A chat inside the app, with the same tools. Nothing to install. |
| Your own AI | Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client, with your key. See Connect your agent and the MCP tools. |
Your backend can also talk to Kata: the REST API, the lead list webhook and the conversion postback. Every base URL is listed on the REST API page.
